Port of San Diego OKs Sunroad’s Plan for New 450-Room Hotel on Harbor Island – Times of San Diego
The Port of San Diego commissioners authorized a coastal development permit Tuesday for a $150 million, 450-room hotel across Harbor Island Drive from the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina.
A unit of Sunroad Enterprises, which already operates a marina nearby, plans to open the new hotel by 2025 on the 7.55-acre site at 851 Harbor Island Drive.
