Sunroad has submitted a parcel map and specific site plan for the development of approximately 520, 000 square feet of community serving retail development. The plan includes multiple major anchor retailers, conventional shop space and retail pads. Full road segments, traffic signals, grading, improvement, landscaping and signage programs have been submitted to the City. The property will also be governed by reciprocal cross sharing easements for parking and access as well as full CC&Rs.
