Otay 250

Sunroad owns approximately 250 gross acres located at the NEC of Otay Mesa Road and Harvest Road in the County of San Diego. Sunroad originally entitled and mapped the property for a large business and technology park. Responding to historical market dynamics and encouraged to develop a catalyst to create diverse opportunities Sunroad has submitted an application with the County to create a mixed use master-plan. This plan will incorporate residential, retail and employment uses in a synergistic fashion. It is anticipated that the plan will include over 1.3 million square feet of employment opportunities, in addition to over 3000 residential homes.

The project team is involved with all aspects of a mixed use master-plan. This includes grading, road design, product segmentation, amenity interface, utility distribution, park and trail design and business and retail integration. This plan is also sensitive to the existing environmental conditions and approvals and as such, will seek full EIR acceptance from the County.
