149-unit apartment building in Denver Tech Center sells for $47.8M – Denver Business Journal
San Diego-based Sunroad Enterprises has purchased The Mezz at Fiddler’s Green, a 149-unit Class A apartment building in Centennial, for $47.78 million, CBRE announced.
Dan Woodward, David Potarf and Matt Barnett with CBRE Capital Markets in Denver arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, The Garrett Companies. Rocco Mandala of CBRE’s Phoenix office secured the financing for the buyer.
